Home inspections are done by Santo Mineo [a licensed General Contractor]. Santo Mineo is has been a General Contractor in the state of Florida since 11/18/1989 and has worked as a licensed contractor since 1986. Prior to that he worked for his father in the construction industry and has been in the industry for over three decades.

His experience, knowledge, and reputation assure that you will be provided a detailed objective and comprehensive report of the inspection(s). If you are a seller, buyer or an agent for a real estate transaction, you can be confident that the information is accurate and thorough.
