Q: How long has Santo Mineo been in the construction business in Florida.? A: Santo Mineo has been in the construction business for over 35 years.He was raised in Florida and worked with his dad Gus Mineo (a well known contractor).

Q: Are you licensed and Insure? A: We are state licensed and have the insurance required by Florida. Workers Compensation and liability

Q: Do you have references? A: Yes supplied on request.

Q: Do you do Residential and Commercial Work? A: Yes, we do both. From repairs to complete build outs. Also out of ground construction.

Q: Are you a drug free organization? A: Yes, we do random drug testing.

Q: Do you handle the complete project? A: Yes, we can handle your project from working with the city to a complete turnkey construction.

Q: Does Mineo Construction handle insurance claim work? A: Yes we have a trained staff that handles insurance claims.

Q: If I have a mold problem in my home can you inspect my home and remove the mold? A: Yes we do proform air quality test 'before and after'.We are able to remove the mold and do all the repairs as required. We also coordinate clearance test.
