Santo Mineo is the owner and operator of Mineo Construction. He  is a 2nd generation builder. Santo started in construction over 35 yrs ago with his father, Gus Mineo. Gus was well known in the industry and in his community. Gus taught Santo the business from the ground up and they worked together right up to the time Gus passed away.

In 1986 Santo started his own subcontracting firm Drywall Express. He specialized in complete interiors, structrual framing, and stucco exteriors. The company extended to include computer access flooring. Drywall Express worked for a myriad of general contractors and still gets calls today to bid on drywall projects.

In 1989 Santo took the next step, he became a general contractor. The company  started to get involved in 'governmental competitive bidding' and has evolved to where it is today having done all phases of construction (right here in South Florida).

Today with his children working in the business we are now into our 3rd generation and we are of handling more work based on refferals and our fair share of 'insurance claims' work in addition to competitive bidding and home inspections.
